The bird food products are good but the birds outside are treated badly. I felt like crying when I saw them. Every bird is under a tin roof in the heat. No trees or shade. The misters are there but not turned on, even when it's 41 heat. I advised one of the workers there that a long billed corella looked dead on the ground, wasn't moving at all. She came out to look but wasn't very interested. The other lady just sat on her chair and didn't even come out too look. The bird was ok but very dehydrated like all the birds outside are all panting. The misters are hardly or never on. Everyone who has been there has said the same thing. We have our misters on everyday every summer for years on our avairys and never had a sick bird from bacteria. I will report to RSPCA if things don't change there. Birds out in the desert and in the wild can fly and find a cool spot, the birds at this place are stuck in very hot tin cages. I would like the owners and workers of swan valley birds to put on a fur coat and sit in the hot sun for 8 hours.

Top notch customer service, I couldn't be happier with their service, and the help they offer. I have indian ringneck and they did trim her nails for me for free and helped me with licensing form as well. I was real surprised and happy with their help. I now drive there weekly for all birds supplies. And fellas, trust me, if you need help with anything just ask the ladies over there and they will give you straight forward answer to your enquiry.

Great place . The cockies at the back entry are great welcomers and time wasters . They ordered a new cage in for us and it arrived from over East quite quickly . Great range of stuff to kit the cage out with and great prices Very friendly and helpful staff .

I've never met such rude,pushy,ignorant store people! Also they seem to act like they know everything and you know nothing. I notice to that they are very intrusive with customers business. I'm not going back. And I advise others to not go there.

I love this place! We got our girl Tilly from these lovely people over a year ago. If you have a feathered friend that you love to pamper or just to get the basic food, this place has it all. Prices are so much better than your big pet stores. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone who is a lover of birds.

Love visiting this store! Have bought 5 budgies from here in the last year and they are all beautiful and doing well. Also has a great selection of items and reasonably priced.
